Japan Context

The Land of the Rising Sun is a place like no other. Full of tradition, beautiful monuments, and some of the world's best food, a visit to Japan is nothing short of delightful. For Americans, Japanese culture can veer on the quirky side of things, and can feel incredibly foreign. But embracing the foreign feeling can lead Western visitors on a journey of new discoveries and interesting moments. Though I've only spent a very short amount of time in Japan, and only in Tokyo, we were so enamored by our experience that we can't wait to visit more frequently, and for longer periods of time.
